Handling Customer Inquiries Building and Maintaining Relationships with clients They actively work to cultivate positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business. Improving Customer Experience: CROs analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with other departments to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience. Providing Product/Service Information: They are knowledgeable about the company's products and services and can effectively communicate information and solutions to customers. Maintaining Records: CROs keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns. Knowledge of company products and services. Ability to work effectively with internal teams. Organizational and record-keeping skills. Experience in customer service or a related field is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
