Maintaining Records: CROs keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns. Knowledge of company products and services. Ability to work effectively with internal teams. Organizational and record-keeping skills. Experience in customer service or a related field is often preferred.
