Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Dietician to design and manage diet plans for patients suffering from diabetes and arthritis. This role involves providing personalized nutritional guidance through both telephonic and face-to-face consultations with patients from across India. The dietician will conduct follow-ups and make necessary adjustments to dietary plans based on patient progress and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized diet plans for patients with diabetes and arthritis, considering medical history, lifestyle, and individual preferences. Conduct initial and follow-up consultations via phone, video calls, and in-person (as needed). Monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans based on feedback, health status, and medical updates. Provide education on disease management through proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy food choices. Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals when necessary. Maintain detailed records of consultations, diet plans, and progress reports. Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition and disease-specific dietary management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field. Registered Dietician (RD) or relevant certification preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with diabetic and arthritis patients. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Indian regional language. Strong knowledge of Indian food habits and regional cuisines. Proficiency in remote consultation tools and EMR (electronic medical records) systems.
