Job Summary:
We are seeking a strong and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the sales team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales leadership, team management, and a solid understanding of the BFSI or Life Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Drive new customer acquisition and build long-term client relationships.
Monitor daily branch operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation to team members.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain coordination with regional and corporate teams for smooth operations.
Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of relevant experience in Branch Management / Sales Leadership (BFSI or Insurance preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
Good knowledge of financial/insurance products and local market dynamics.
