At Quest Alliance, we are reimagining the future of learning--through digital platforms, blended learning solutions, and innovations rooted in the everyday realities of learners and educators. We are seeking a Product User Researcher to own and lead our user research practice end-to-end.



This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and product thinking--a professional who can uncover deep user insights, translate them into actionable strategies, and ensure those insights directly shape Quest's digital learning products, including the MyQuest platform (Learner & Educator), AskAbhi, and blended learning solutions.



As a Product User Researcher, you will champion the voice of learners and educators, driving research-led decision-making to influence product design, roadmaps, and long-term strategy.



Key Responsibilities




Lead the end-to-end product user research strategy across Quest's learning platforms. Design and implement structured research plans including objectives, participant recruitment, methods, and timelines. Establish and evolve research frameworks, methodologies, and processes aligned with product goals. Map user journeys (learners, educators, program teams) to identify experience gaps and opportunities. Conduct usability studies, interviews, and surveys to generate actionable insights. Translate findings into product strategies that directly inform roadmaps, design priorities, and feature enhancements. Ensure research outcomes move beyond reports and drive tangible product improvements. Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and program teams to embed user-centered decision-making across the product lifecycle. Facilitate co-creation workshops and cross-functional sessions to integrate user insights into product solutions. Represent product user research in leadership discussions, contributing to platform strategy and vision. Foster a culture of user-centricity by inspiring and mentoring cross-functional teams in research practices. Develop and maintain research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, insights reports, and experience strategy decks. Create toolkits, templates, and best practices to standardize research across teams. Build dashboards to track the impact of user research on adoption, product improvements, and learner outcomes. Stay updated on user research methods, product innovations, and learning technology trends to keep Quest's platforms future-ready.

Experience & Background




Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in product or user research.

Background:

Degree in Design, Social Sciences, or specializations/courses in UX Research or Product/UX Design preferred.

Salary:

The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 65,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate only if applicable)
