Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in the region
Execute primary and secondary sales plans effectively
Launch and promote new products in the market
Build strong retailer/distributor relationships to ensure sales consistency
Monitor competitor activities and respond with strategic inputs
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4
years of FMCG sales experience
, preferably in food products
Strong experience in
channel sales and distributor management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of
Madya Pradesh
