Look after daily administrative operations of the showroom.
Handle front office activities including visitors' management and telephone calls.
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and other employee documentation.
Manage housekeeping, office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the showroom, equipment, and infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for timely support.
Assist the accounts/finance team in bill processing, petty cash handling, and invoice submission.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Prepare periodic reports related to administration, expenses, and maintenance
