Job Description

Responsibilities of Accountant :

Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements Like-Balance sheet, Profit & Loss sheet, daily expenses & sales sheet for GST etc. Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Prepare invoices/bills and maintain records of them in accounting sheet. Emailing the clients about the invoices and sending reminders to clients regarding the pending invoices. Prepare documents to settle outward remittances.

Qualifications for Accountant:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience. Minimum 1 year experience in IPR Firm Minimum 2 years of tally software experience. Must Possess the excellent knowledge of GST. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications. Candidate having hands on experience on Tally would be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with accounting software Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation Highly detail-oriented
