Job Title: Academic Head

Job Summary:
The Academic Head is responsible for leading the academic programs . This role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty management, and ensuring the academic standards and goals of the institution are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement academic strategies and policies in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.

Curriculum Oversight:

• Oversee curriculum design and implementation, ensuring that it meets educational standards and addresses students\' needs.

Faculty Management:

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.

Student Academic Affairs:

• Address student academic issues and concerns.

• Implement academic advising and support services to enhance student success.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate academic performance and outcomes.

Research and Development:

• Promote and support research initiatives and scholarly activities within the academic division.

Policy and Procedure Development:

• Develop and enforce academic policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of academic excellence.

Institutional Planning:

• Contribute to the institutions strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation & Masters degree PREFERRED

• Experience: 1 TO 5 years of experience in academic administration, including leadership roles.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with curriculum development and academic assessment.
