Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning and conducting organic synthesis experiments. Perform laboratory reactions using standard synthetic procedures. Monitor reactions and analyze samples using TLC, HPLC, NMR, GC, IR, and other analytical techniques (training will be provided). Maintain laboratory notebooks with accurate experiment records & observations. Prepare reagents, solvents, and reaction setups. Purify reaction products (extractions, chromatography, recrystallization, etc.) Follow lab safety protocols and maintain clean lab environment. Support senior chemists in literature search and data compilation. Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of organic chemistry reactions & laboratory techniques. Knowledge of purification & analytical techniques (preferred). Good observational and documentation skills. Strong willingness to learn and work in R&D environment. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet research).
