: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry to join our Research and Development team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Research and Development Chemist, you will play a key role in the discovery, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to innovate and contribute to the advancement of new drug candidates from conception to commercialization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and experiments to develop new pharmaceutical products or improve existing formulations, adhering to industry regulations and standards. Design and execute laboratory experiments, utilizing various analytical techniques and instrumentation to characterize compounds and evaluate their efficacy and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pharmacologists, biologists, and engineers to develop comprehensive understanding of drug candidates and optimize formulations. Analyze and interpret experimental data, identifying trends and drawing conclusions to guide further experimentation and decision-making. Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other regulatory requirements. Participate in the design and implementation of stability studies to assess the shelf-life and storage conditions of pharmaceutical products. Stay abreast of scientific literature, industry trends, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to drug development projects. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions to document research findings and support product development efforts. Contribute to the optimization of laboratory processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of laboratory safety.
