We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our office, including answering phones, organizing files, and visit in client places. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Coordinate with other departments and staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
