The Salesperson is responsible for sales and customer satisfaction efforts of the business in Malabar Region of Kerala. We are in the business of premium lifestyle products & services in the product categories of bedroom wardrobes, modular kitchens, home appliances, room partitions, home car charging stations. This position requires a man with the rare combination of common sense and customer service skills. Job locations: Kannur, Kerala Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8.30 pm Holidays: all Sundays + 8 to 10 public holidays every year + 2 days off each month without loss of pay Reimbursement (in addition to salary & incentive): all sundry expenses necessary for being an efficient salesman (eg: print out, samples) + all travel costs incurred for business reasons within Kozhikode or Kannur or out-station areas within Malabar region Responsibilities : 1. Sales responsibility : Execute each month\xe2\x80\x99s workload to achieve the sales targets for that month + Visit end-customers & dealers to promote and sell our products & services + Provide expert advice on product selection, including materials, design, and functionality 2. Customer satisfaction: Ensure that customers have a positive purchasing experience in each and every transaction. Create several data points simultaneously each month to quantify the satisfaction level 3. Commercial responsibility : Responsible for quotes, obtain confirmation from customer, collection, co-ordination with technical team to ensure that customer\xe2\x80\x99s expected date of hand over is met 4. Follow-up support systematically on past enquires so that majority of them can be closed as sales 5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client contacts and sales data Qualification: i) Proven experience in field sales of premium products and/or services, with proven records of achieving sales targets ii) Ability to work together with other team members consisting of designers & technical staff iii) Common sense iv) Proven ability to get appointments and make presentation to end-customers v) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively vi) Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively to clients vii) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred viii) Willingness to travel as required within Malabar region is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
