Job Description

Understand sourcing dynamics and product fundamentals

• Onboard farmers onto the Vegrow platform for sourcing and engagement

• Identify and onboard vendors to ensure strong fill rates

• Work closely with farmers and vendors across villages

• Track crop-wise harvest schedules, quantities, and varieties

• Help expand Vegrow's farmer base across regions

Requirements

• Proven experience in agricultural sourcing, supply chain coordination, or rural engagement

• Strong understanding of crop cycles, harvest timelines, and regional farming practices

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with rural communities

• Ability to travel frequently to remote villages and work in field-based environments

• Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools for harvest and supply monitoring

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to sustainable agricultural development
