Job Description

• Perform routine installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Support end-users with technical assistance, including onboarding, system access, and application support.

• Conduct regular system checks, updates, and security patches to ensure system integrity and compliance.

• Assist in the deployment and management of IT assets, including tracking, inventory, and lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and support system upgrades.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, data security standards, and company IT policies.

• Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, system maintenance, or a similar role within a technology environment.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and experience with basic network configuration.

• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop) and ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection policies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
