Execute full-cycle technical hiring for engineering roles across multiple verticals including Backend, Android, iOS, and Infrastructure.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from role scoping to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct proactive outbound sourcing using LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, referrals, and personal networks.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic headhunting and talent mapping.
Deliver 50+ quality, pre-vetted profiles per day for assigned roles while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, engineering leads, and external vendors to ensure seamless hiring operations.
Manage relationships with outsourcing partners and external vendors to support recruitment needs.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle technical hiring ?? Proven success hiring Engineers across verticals - Backend, Android, Infra & iOS. ?? Headhunting expertise: target ? outreach ? close ?? Strong experience in outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals & personal networks. ??
