Job Description

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and workflows.

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of frontline employees to achieve performance and productivity targets.

• Monitor work quality, compliance, and safety standards across all operational activities.

• Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage workforce availability to meet operational demands.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, incidents, and production metrics.

• Act as a key point of contact between management and team members, facilitating clear communication.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and initiatives as directed by upper management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in operations, team supervision, or management within a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based industry.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a high-performance environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift rotations as required.

• Valid local driving license and reliable transportation (preferred).

• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance protocols in a regional industrial setting.
