- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive urban financial strategies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and resource optimization.
- Manage urban budgeting processes, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with city development goals.
- Advise on fiscal policies, risk assessment, and funding mechanisms for urban projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualification: Engineers; CA/CMA/MBA(F) (as applicable).
Experience: 10+ years (10+ years in Urban Finance for CA/CMA/MBA(F) candidates).
