Qualification: BE / DCE

• BE / DCE in Engineering or related technical discipline

• 18+ years of progressive experience in software development, systems engineering, or equivalent technical leadership

• Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle project delivery and technical architecture

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Proficiency in modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope

• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
