:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct technical reviews of designs, drawings, and project documentation
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers
- Oversee site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality assurance processes
- Prepare detailed reports, risk assessments, and project updates for senior management
- Advise on material selection, construction methodologies, and sustainability practices
