Job Description
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical systems and components.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and stress analysis to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure design manufacturability and reliability.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation processes to refine designs based on real-world performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, specifications, and technical reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
