Job Description

• Lead end-to-end management of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and environmental regulations

• Facilitate regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and financials

• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval processes

Requirements
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: PG / PMP / Construction Management

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management

• Advanced degree (PG) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) in Construction Management or related field

• Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from concept to completion

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)
