Job Description
:
- Lead the selection and validation of primary packaging materials, including glass vials, snap ampoules, and droppers
- Ensure packaging compatibility with active ingredients and maintain product stability across storage conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development (NPD) timelines and packaging requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation, qualification, and continuous improvement
- Oversee sourcing strategies to balance cost, quality, sustainability, and supply chain reliability
- Conduct technical assessments of sealing methods and packaging integrity testing
Experience in primary packaging for serums / actives / dermat or cosmetic products
- Knowledge of glass vials, snap ampoules, droppers, sealing, stability & compatibility
- Vendor development, sourcing & NPD coordination
