We're starting a new growth project from scratch - creator led funnel growth initiative focused on scaling paid webinar registrations.
Looking for someone hands-on with Meta ads who enjoys building things early and running real experiments.
Fixed pay + performance linked incentives.
Location: Bangalore / Remote.
Immediate joining preferred.
Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation or webinar registrations

• Strong understanding of funnel architecture, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale campaigns from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and UTM/parameter optimization

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

• Self-starter with a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for experimentation

• Prior experience working with creators or content-driven growth initiatives is a plus
