Job Description
:
- Oversee and manage daily OSD manufacturing operations including compression, pellet coating, capsule filling, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout all production activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using e-BPR and e-log systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support batch release.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure adherence to cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
Experience: 02 to 08 Years
Skills: Exposure to OSD Manufacturing operations like Compression, Pellet coating, Capsule filling, Primary Packing & Secondary Packing. Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will be an added advantage.
