Job Description

1. Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential retail locations across metro cities.
2. Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, and long-term agreements to ensure cost-efficient and premium-brand positioning.
3. Build relationships with landlords, brokers, and mall developers to create a steady pipeline of store opportunities.
4. Conduct site visits, feasibility, compliance checks, and coordinate with design/ops teams to ensure smooth store openings.
Requirements

• Proven experience in retail real estate acquisition or site selection within urban markets.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail in site evaluation and compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and urgency.

• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate data platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
