Job Description

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-risk activities

• Lead safety audits and maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance documentation

• Deliver safety training sessions and promote safety awareness among site personnel

• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective action plans

• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety into daily operations

• Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety signage

• Stay current with OSHA and other relevant safety standards and industry best practices

Requirements
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma (Civil/Mech/Elec) OR B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry)
Min. 1 Year (Construction Safety)

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety

• Proficiency in safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident reporting

• Strong communication and training delivery skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

• Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry safety best practices
