Job Description

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures

• Perform risk assessments and ensure timely reporting of incidents and near-misses

• Deliver safety training sessions to workers and site supervisors

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local safety regulations

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate safety into daily operations

• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation using digital management tools

Requirements
engineer graduate
Min. 1 Year (Construction Safety)

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident reporting protocols

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to diverse audiences

• Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with OSHA standards and industry best practices in construction safety

• Proficiency in safety management tools and documentation systems
