• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.

• Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising across platforms.

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns--from concept and creative development to execution and performance analysis.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.

• Monitor and report on KPIs and marketing ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

• Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with demonstrable success in driving growth.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.

• Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
