Job Description
End-to-end ownership of regional P&L, operations, and execution
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage and build Area Managers, Cluster Heads & Ops leadership
- Ensure strong SOP adherence, hygiene, audits, and compliance
- Improve speed of service, customer experience, and store performance
- High ownership role with large-scale execution responsibility
Must have already handled this role
- Experience managing 100+ stores (QSR / multi-unit retail / food-tech preferred)
?30-40 LPA + Quarterly Performance Bonus + ESOPs
