Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Oversee end-to-end finance operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
Ensure full compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and regulatory norms (including USFDA/EU requirements).
Manage treasury operations, working capital, and cash flow optimisation.
Lead statutory, internal, and external audits.
Oversee project financing and capital expenditure planning.
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial risk mitigation.
Provide financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams.
Work extensively on ERP-driven environments (SAP preferred).

Requirements
CA with 20+ years of experience in manufacturing finance (Pharmaceuticals mandatory).
Proven expertise in multi-location financial management and compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
High integrity, strategic mindset, and the ability to influence business outcomes.
Mandatory: Female candidates aged 50-53 years.
