Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within administrative functions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and deliver customized insights that support strategic planning.
Automate routine reporting tasks to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained across all datasets and reporting systems.
Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of data integrity.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal assessments with accurate and well-documented data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within administrative, operations, or business support roles.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization principles, and KPI tracking.

Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.
