Own company vision, strategy & P&L
Scale product, technology, finance & operations
Build and lead a high-performance leadership team * Lead fundraising (VC / PE / debt) & investor relations
Drive partnerships with banks & ecosystem players
Ensure strong governance, compliance & risk management
Ideal background CEO / COO / MD experience in fintech, tech, or financial services
Deep exposure to payments, UPI, prepaid cards, lending, wealth-tech, payment gateways
Proven track record of scaling businesses & raising capital * Strong strategic, communication & stakeholder management skills * Experience in fast-growth, regulated environments (Ex: ICIC] Prepaid Cards, Happay, VA Tech or similar)
Requirements

• Proven CEO, COO, or MD-level experience in fintech, technology, or financial services

• Deep domain expertise in payments, UPI, prepaid cards, lending, wealth-tech, or payment gateways

• Demonstrated success in scaling high-growth businesses and raising capital

• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Experience operating in fast-growth, regulated environments
