Requirements
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: BE / DCE

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems design, or related technical leadership roles

• BE or DCE degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments

• Strong expertise in system architecture, performance optimization, and scalable application design

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
