:

2-3 year of Job-specific Experience in customer facing environment Time management skills, ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills - soft skills and Coordinates with solution teams for complete and timely quotes/responses Creates quote documents, when applicable (low complexity requests) Creates Customer Response Package (SOW and Price document) based on quotes and ensures contractual language and quality standards are met Is aware of the Account Deal Governance process to ensure appropriate approvals are obtained per guidelines Facilitates DXC internal review of Customer Response Package prior to submission to Customer Submits final Response Package to Customer for approval Attains a solid understanding of the customer contract Operates within boundaries of SLA/SLO requirements Uses good business judgment in prioritization of service requests in line with business Builds effective linkages within the DXC organizations. Lead regular NSSR review meetings with the client and DXC account team to review the progress and highlight for any issues or escalations during NSSR lifecycle.
