Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Reputation & PR Manager

to oversee and enhance our company's brand image across digital platforms, media outlets, and public forums. You will be responsible for managing online reputation, building strong media relationships, and crafting communications that reflect our brand values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, manage, and improve the company's

online reputation

(Google, Glassdoor, social media, forums, etc.) Develop and execute

PR strategies

that align with business objectives Handle

crisis communication

and mitigate reputational risks Draft press releases, official statements, speeches, and internal communications Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies Track media coverage and produce regular performance reports Collaborate with social media, content, and legal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Respond to negative reviews or public criticism professionally and strategically Identify opportunities for

positive media exposure

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Public Relations, Communications, Journalism

, or related field Minimum

3 years of experience

in

PR, reputation management, or corporate communications

Proven track record in handling

reputation crises

and media relations Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills Strong understanding of

social media monitoring tools

and

ORM platforms

(e.g., Google Alerts, Meltwater, Brandwatch) Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations with tact

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a

or

tech environment

Strong network of

media contacts

Knowledge of

SEO basics
