Product Manager

Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully documenting technical and business requirements, planning and executing software projects across design and development, and providing accurate metrics on team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, document and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical and business requirements, and validate them with customers and stakeholders

3. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring alignment with company goals

4. Manage the product development lifecycle, including research, design, development, testing, and launch

5. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet business and technical requirements

6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to make informed decisions and drive product development

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product

8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and customer support teams

Need to have Qualifications:

1. Strong experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment

2. Strong experience in documenting technical and business requirements

3. Strong experience in planning and execution of software projects across design and development

4. Proven track record of delivering successful products

5. Strong understanding of product development methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Excellent communication and leadership skills

8. Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies

9. Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven product development

10. Bonus: experience with user research, usability testing and A/B testing

11. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

12. Experience in SaaS, B2B, and B2C products.
