You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications
Should be a graduate,
- Work experience of 1-2 years in Data Reporting and Analytics skills.
- Working Experience on excel.
- Working Experience in Reporting tools like SAP-BO, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI.
- Mathematic and analytic skills;
- Client-oriented approach;
- Self-motivation; team player; problem-solver.
- Knowledge of managed services key performance indicators, metrics and definitions.
Technical:
- Report (Purpose) Definition - Intermediate
- Generic BI data processing concepts \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- SQL \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Advanced
- Automation & Scripting - Intermediate
- Troubleshooting \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Business Objects \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Power BI - Advanced
- MSBI(SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- End User & Source System:
- ITSM / ITIL\xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Service Now \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Certificates or Equivalent experience \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
- Communication \xe2\x80\x93 Advanced
- Interpersonal Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Advanced
- Business Awareness \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate
