Responsibilities:
Translating data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics tactics conducted by central resource. Developing and executing attribution and measurement projects. Ensuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables. With the leaders of the functional specialty teams, keeping track of projects being run by the Functional Specialists to ensure they are done on time and to right level of quality. Development of presentations to clients, including the results of attribution and modelling projects in a clear and insightful narrative, digestible by a lay person. Understanding of consumer and marketplace behaviors, particularly those that most impact business and marketing goals.



Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields. Masters preferred. 3 to 4 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field, media, or equivalent coursework or academic projects Project Management/Delivery, Stakeholder management, Resource planning must have skills. Data analytics - MS Power platform, Cloud base data platform and ETL tools knowledge along with Digital or Media industry experience are good to have Project Delivery: + Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across all Business Automation workstreams
+ Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, risk logs, and delivery plans
+ Coordinate across multiple teams including data engineering, Power BI visualisation, and automation
+ Track progress using tools such as Hive or JIRA and ensure clear, timely communication of status
Stakeholder Management: + Work with stakeholders across OMG UK to capture requirements, define priorities, and align expectations
+ Translate business needs into clear project deliverables and ensure successful handoffs
+ Manage communications across agencies, central teams, and technical leads
Governance and Documentation: + Maintain up-to-date documentation including status updates, RAID logs, and sprint boards
+ Ensure structured decision-making and delivery governance is applied across initiatives
+ Support retrospectives, lessons learned, and documentation of reusable frameworks
Team Coordination: + Enable effective collaboration between remote and local team members
+ Identify blockers and lead issue resolution across disciplines
+ Support project estimation, resourcing, and capacity planning
Continuous Improvement: + Promote and embed best practices in project delivery across the Business Automation team
+ Champion consistency in planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication
