Key Responsibilities
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
for construction activities
Track
work completion vs project schedules
and highlight deviations
Maintain
MIS reports
related to manpower, materials, and productivity
Coordinate with
site engineers, contractors, and vendors
to collect progress data
Monitor
finishing works
to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Assist in
planning updates
, bar charts, and schedule monitoring
Support
billing, RA measurements, and certifications
with accurate data
Identify delays, quality issues, and risks, and report the same to management
Prepare
client and internal presentation reports
as required
Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in
Civil Engineering
2-6 years
of experience in construction projects (Residential / Commercial preferred)
Strong understanding of
construction activities and finishing works
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
(MS Project / Primavera is a plus)
Good knowledge of
quality standards and site execution
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work closely with site teams and meet reporting deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in
real estate / high-rise construction projects
Exposure to
project controls, planning, and reporting systems
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
