We're looking for a dynamic Reporting Consultant/Developer to develop reports and customise KPIs for our early customer engagements in our Network Testing product lines in the CSP sector. Infovista has a new product offering, and we require someone with very strong reporting skills, who can take customer requirements and create a solution based on our Cloud-based reporting solution. This is a strategically important role within the Solution Engineering team, which will enhance our ability to show customers solutions tailored to their needs.
You'll be responsible for:
Using your technical expertise, in Python, Pandas and Plotly Dash, to create reports and bespoke KPIs using Infovista's Cloud based reporting platform
Be the reporting technical expert within the solution engineering team, who can assist the solution engineering and sales team with understanding the capabilities of the platform
Work closely with the solution engineering and sales teams, to ensure priorities and timescales are closely aligned, to the business need
Understand the customers challenges, and propose and create a suitable solution
Communicating, either directly or as part of a team, with the customer to explain the proposed solution, including any benefits or limitations
Collaborate internally with teams in Product Management, R&D, Professional Services and Support, to ensure our products continue to improve and we provide seamless delivery to our customers
If required, travel on-site to the customer for proof-of-concept engagements
Provide regular updates to your manager, and where appropriate the customer and sales team, on the progress of the engagements
What you bring:
Reporting/Consultancy Expertise
2+ years working in a development or reporting consultancy field, ideally in the telecoms market, or alternatively in a technically complex environment
A university degree in engineering, computer science or a similar degree in a technical field
A Python expert, who is experienced at developing reports using Pandas and Ploty Dash
Ability to understand customer requirements and turn these into innovative dashboards and reports
Ideally, a good knowledge of the mobile RAN and most importantly, how this impacts KPIs and mobile customer experience
Experienced in managing customer engagements to successful completion
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the skill to communicate technically complex problems or solutions in an understandable way
Fluent in English
Ability to present and engage with technical experts and their managers
Collaborative mindset - to work closely with multiple internal teams to achieve objectives
Attention to detail - deliver accurate work and ensure it is communicated in a clear way to ensure mutual understanding
Travel:
* Remote based, but occasional international travel may be required, for training and customer visits
