JOB SUMMARY
The Reporting / Process Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting and facilitating the smooth operation of business processes including Reporting within an organization. The analyst will belong to Shared Services team serving multiple LOBs.
The analyst should not only be able to understand and perform processes but also leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize and enhance overall business experience.
This job may require working in Shifts 1-10pm / 2-11pm
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Quickly understand and be ready to perform tasks for which they were training Participate and support the team to meet all the deadline. Special projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Basic degree qualification (Arts and Science) Knowledge of usage of Microsoft Applications like Word, PowerPoint, Email and Excel Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel Ready to learn new skill and perform Strong verbal and written An analytical mind and inclination for Attention to detail Ability to work in a team and own responsibilities as required
NICE TO HAVE
Basic knowledge in SQL Interest in Audit / risk management Accounting and Finance Knowledge
