Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves HR Analytics and delivers key analytics projects for the Business HR Heads in the Bank. You will work closely with Business HR Heads & Global HRBPs, Subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals. You will be responsible for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods. The person will also work with different lines of business and be a Key man for stakeholder management

  • Manages client relationships across multiple geographies and effectively engage with key stakeholders - Business HR, GHRBPs
  • Manages client service delivery expectations of both standard, Adhoc and project related activities, develop a regular communication framework with the clients
  • Provide relevant insights, focus/ highlight key issues with complementing recommendations to help Stakeholders drive strategic business decisions
  • Understanding the needs of business, HR stakeholders, designing, building & delivering reporting & analytics products that meet these requirements for effective decision making.
  • A Subject Matter Expert on Workforce Information, Analysis and Forecasting (Employee Life-Cycle Changes, Headcount, Organizational Structures, Diversity, Learning, Performance Management Etc.), Databases and Systems (PeopleSoft, Intranet-Based HR Tools, Data Cubes Etc.) and Compensation Processes (Data Collection, Consolidation and Reporting).
  • Co-ordination with other departments, within the GPS, to drive global process and deliver on the overall HR collective agenda
  • Build & maintain stable, reliable & cost effective Reporting & Analytics products capable of supporting current & future stakeholder needs
  • Facilitate data cleansing & maintenance, monitor data changes and report anomalies based on insights and business specific knowledge. Maintain data assurance and data quality standards and promote the upkeep of BFS(Business function & MT structure)
  • Adherence to the group guidelines and data dictionary on Methodology/process of reporting
  • Adherence to the Group guidelines on Data Security (GDPR). Follow standard approach towards metrics/data in line with Data Dictionary and Data Asset Register

  • Proficient in MS-Office Advanced.
QUALIFICATIONS: Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Project Management.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Adequate exposure to Business Transformation projects.
