Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India (Night Shift)
Client: US-based, Fortune 500 Telecommunications Company
As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our clients customer experience strategy by turning data into actionable insights. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behaviors, create predictive models, and help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You\'ll Do:
- Analyze & Predict: Use your analytical skills to understand customer behavior and develop predictive models.
- Impact Decisions: Your insights will directly influence customer retention and business growth.
- Collaborate: Work with data science, product, and customer experience teams to drive results.
- Tell Stories with Data: Present clear, data-driven reports that make an impact using the latest tools.
What We\'re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis in the telecommunication vertical
- Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication skills to share insights with non-technical teams
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for solving problems with data
