Your Job

In this role, you will independently manage KPI reporting for the manufacturing plant and deliver meaningful financial insights that guide strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with the Finance VP and collaborate across Business Units, Divisional teams, and the broader manufacturing network to ensure accurate, transparent, and aligned financial reporting.

What You Will Do

Drive KPI reporting and financial analysis that provides clear insights into plant performance. Create meaningful financial and non-financial reports that influence business decisions. Translate complex data into clear commentaries and recommendations for leaders. Partner with corporate, divisional, and plant-level finance and operations teams to identify value-creation opportunities. Support and enhance visual analytics by contributing to dashboard development, data interpretation, and ongoing maintenance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, or MBA in Finance 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, and Accounting Strong expertise in financial analysis, including income statements, variance analysis, profit analysis, working capital performance, and ratio analysis Experience with SAP FI and SAP BW Hands-on experience with financial consolidation tools such as BPC, SAP, or OneStream

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience working with reporting and consolidation tools Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Ability to develop and maintain analytics dashboards Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills
