We are seeking a Junior Reporting Analyst in Bengalore to support the Senior Group Reporting Analyst in day to day duties and any ad hoc work as required.
This position will be responsible for maintaining, refreshing, and updating reports through Excel and Excel Power Query to ensure timely, accurate delivery of information to senior management.
Responsabilities
- Use Excel and Power Query to manage and update regular reports.
- Refresh and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for senior Management.
- Analyse data trends and ensure the accuracy of information across all reports.
- Collaborate with team members from various global offices where necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests as needed to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 4 years of working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
- Experience with Excel Power Query for data transformation including ETL (extract, load, transform data) and automation via VBA (full training will be provided).
- Knowledge of spilled array formulas to create single-celled reports.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
