Reporting Analyst - 1+ Year - Gurgaon
We are looking for a skilled CRMA Analytics & Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets. The role will drive data-driven decision-making by translating business requirements into scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.

Responsibilities - * Gather and translate business requirements into CRMA dashboards, KPIs, filters, and drilldowns.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive CRMA dashboards, lenses, and reports ensuring performance and accuracy.
• Build and manage CRMA datasets, dataflows, and recipes including joins, aggregations, and calculated fields.
• Perform UAT, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
• Ensure data quality, security, documentation, and optimize analytics performance; provide training and demos to business users.

Requirements - * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with minimum 1 year of hands-on Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model with experience building analytics on Salesforce objects.
• Proficiency in SQL and exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills; insurance domain experience preferred.
