As a Report Writer, your primary responsibility is to prepare and generate reports that accurately reflect verified information and present complete verification results. You are accountable for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all reports, while strictly adhering to client-specific instructions and requirements. A key part of your role is the timely delivery of these reports, which directly supports the efficiency of background screening processes. By maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in reporting, you play a crucial role in ensuring reliable service delivery and reinforcing client confidence in our processes.
Job Scope / Principal Accountabilities:
Guaranteeing that daily, weekly, and monthly reporting goals are consistently met.
Analyzing verified information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Investigating and confirming the credibility of references
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the ScreenGlobal platform to effectively manage tasks and reporting.
Using multiple portals and systems, depending on account requirements, to obtain complete and accurate verification results.
Conducting quality checks on verification results, annexures, and supporting documents before submitting final reports to clients.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies required:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
One to two years work experience in background checking and report writing is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering data.
Strong written and analytical skills.
Residing in Bangalore or nearby*
