Job Summary:
The Patient Report & Feedback Coordinator will be responsible for sharing laboratory test reports with patients in a timely and accurate manner. The role also involves collecting patient feedback after they have undergone lab tests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a second-shift position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Share patient lab test reports through WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
Ensure that all reports are verified before sending to the patient.
Follow up with patients to confirm receipt of the report.
Make outbound calls to collect feedback from patients who have completed their pathology tests.
Record and update all feedback in the company system or designated sheet.
Escalate negative feedback or urgent issues to the concerned team for quick resolution.
Maintain proper communication etiquette and provide high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with the laboratory team for any report delays, corrections, or clarifications.
Maintain daily logs of reports shared and feedback collected.
Support any additional administrative tasks assigned by the management during the shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HSC or Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Ability to work independently during second shift.
Strong customer-handling skills and patience.
Experience in healthcare or pathology field will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
