Experience of 5 to 8 years.
Primary - must have skills

• Expertise on IBM Spectrum Protect and Spectrum Protect Plus administration.
• Installation, configuration, and Administration of IBM SP and SPP infra.
• Backup/Restoration/Replication of different data types like File system, CIFS, SQL, SAP VMware, Oracle on SP and SPP as per agreed SLA.
• Monitoring and configuration of the Directory container storage pools and Azure Cloud Containers.
• On time reporting by producing daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports on backup status.
• Ability to work efficiently on incident/change/problem/Service Requests/Tasks to achieve the agreed SLA.
• Daily health checkup/monitoring of backup/restore/admin/replication jobs
• Proactive backup infra monitoring and capacity management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on IBM SPP and SP backup infra.
• Should have good knowledge on windows and Linux OS platforms
• Active participation at MIM (Major Incidents)
• Excellent communication skill and customer focus.
• Should have understanding on ITIL process

Secondary Skill - Would be added advantage

• Should have good understanding or hands on experience on Netapp storage administration.
• Good Understanding on SAN/NAS protocols. Snapshot, Snap mirror and Snap center.
