Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our Subway restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair of various kitchen and facility equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment such as:

Refrigerators and chillers

Air conditioning units (AC)

Lighting systems

Microwaves

Other kitchen appliances and equipmen

t Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Respond promptly to repair requests from management or staff. Coordinate with external service providers when needed. Maintain a log of repairs and equipment service records. Ensure compliance with safety and health standards during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance or repair technician, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment. Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks. Availability for emergency repairs if needed. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical work. Previous experience working in a Subway or fast food restaurant setting.
Salary : 11,000/- to 15,000/-
